Distance and blended learning
The thematic area chosen for the first edition of the European Innovative Teaching Award perfectly reflects the challenges of modern times: distance and blended learning. Thanks to the new digital technologies and the huge variety of state-of-the-art learning strategies, learning can now happen both in schools and in other environments. Despite the differences among students, the European education system is able to offer the same opportunities to everyone, allowing for inclusiveness, competence development, and collaboration.
Each Erasmus+ programme country is awarded, for a total of 104 projects in 4 categories:
- early childhood education and care,
- primary education,
- secondary education,
- vocational education and training.
