"A transformative course…

This is the best way to describe the experience that Erasmus projects have given us.

12 students, 13 teachers and 2 technical assistants, we all participate in mobilities that allowed us to carry out transformative learning, integrating new ways of working, new pedagogical paths, new cultures and new knowledge.  After this course of meetings so enriching our communicative skills in foreign language were strengthened, driving us towards a more active and structured internationalization.”

Methodologies used

The project implemented multidisciplinary approaches that supported the development of key competences, including knowledge, skills and attitudes, through continuous formative assessment. It promoted inclusion, participation and cooperation, gave learners an active role in the learning process and strengthened cooperation with external stakeholders.

Innovation environment

The organisation acted as an enabler of innovation by creating the conditions for new teaching and learning approaches to be developed and integrated into everyday practice. It fostered a positive organisational climate. A whole-organisation approach engaged management, staff and learners, while cross-sectoral cooperation with external stakeholders enriched the learning environment.

Teachers’ role

Teachers acted as innovators by designing and implementing new approaches tailored to learners’ needs. They fostered wellbeing by creating safe, inclusive and supportive learning environments. Through training, practical experience and cooperation, teachers also strengthened their professional skills and competences.

Impact and output

Direct impact on the target groups; inclusion of participants with fewer opportunities and spill-over effect (to other students, teachers, trainers, organizations, local communities and parents).
