Methodologies used
The project applied innovative and inclusive methodologies by using AI as a pedagogical tool to support the inclusion of all learners, especially Roma and bilingual students, as well as those with fewer opportunities. It fostered key competences through creativity, collaboration, critical thinking and formative assessment. Formal learning was enriched through non-formal activities, student-created products and European cooperation. Learners acted as active co-creators, while differentiated teaching, teacher collaboration and cooperation with families, school networks and academic partners strengthened participation, inclusion and impact.
Innovation environment
The project fostered an innovation-friendly learning environment by positioning the school as an enabler of inclusive digital transformation for all learners, with and without learning difficulties, including Roma and bilingual students. A positive organisational climate was strengthened through teacher collaboration, peer learning and a shared vision shaped through Erasmus+ and inclusive school practices. Sustainable use of resources was ensured through digital tools and the long-term integration of project outcomes. A whole-school approach engaged leadership, teachers, students, families and support structures, while links with academic partners, European educators through eTwinning, and local school networks strengthened innovation and impact.
Teachers’ role
Teachers acted as innovators by transferring knowledge gained through Erasmus+ mobility activities into inclusive classroom practice and whole-school innovation. They fostered wellbeing by creating supportive, differentiated environments where all students could participate and thrive. The project strengthened teachers’ digital, pedagogical and inclusive education competences, especially in the meaningful use of AI tools. Cooperation and peer learning were central through the co-design of activities, collaborative reflection, mentoring and shared professional learning. Through their active agency, teachers transformed professional development into sustainable innovation and empowered students to become more autonomous, creative and engaged learners.
Impact and output
The project had a direct impact on students and teachers by strengthening inclusion, multilingual literacy, digital competence and active participation. It supported students with fewer opportunities, including Roma and bilingual learners and pupils with learning difficulties, promoting engagement, confidence and equitable access to learning. Teachers disseminated innovation across the school through new practices and collaboration. A strong spill-over effect was achieved through dissemination events, conference presentations, eTwinning collaboration, shared resources and student-created outputs, influencing schools, families and the local community and contributing to sustainable innovation beyond the project.
